Guo Zhirong, General Manager of CITIC Shenzhen Group, met and entertained Fan Yi, CPC Secretary of Chongzhou, Guo Jianping, Mayor of Chongzhou, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and their party to dinner in CITIC Building on November 6.

Fan yi was the head of Pi County, where the 5-square-kilometer CITIC Shudu Project is under construction, before he was transferred to Chongzhou two months ago.
